We cannot accept returns on supplements because once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee it has been stored properly or remains untampered. This is critical in protecting the health and safety of our customers.

However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In select cases, at our discretion, we may offer a one-time customer credit of 50% of the product’s value. This courtesy credit is only available within the 7-day window and does not apply to repeated requests.
